Interview
First they shortlisted candidates based on, followed 2 rounds of interview behavioral and PI both by different panel. Post which a psychometric test was provided to shortlisted candidates and another interview round
Its was short and crisp the interview was taken directly by the reporting manager and in a day or two the results were shared. The questions were also around experience and oneself what all achieved etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Angel One (Bengaluru) in Apr 2013

it was easy, i had regional manager interview and once that was cleared , i had one more round with VP of angel broking, once that was done i had HR discuss about salary.
