3 interviews. Just checking to make sure you can talk. You talk to a recruiter twice and a member of the sales team once. They like to space the interviews out, but it is overall an easy process. Some may consider it lengthy it just depends though.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Angi (Lenexa, KS) in Aug 2018
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn then requested a phone interview. Super easy and quick then was asked to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed by the recruiter (who gave me all of the answers to the questions to the next round) and then another higher up came in and asked those questions. Overall extremely easy interview. Although I asked the turnover rate during the interview and the higher up told me that 90% of my sales training class would still be working here in a year.....only 3 people of 30 are still currently working here from August.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Angi (Lenexa, KS) in Feb 2019
Interview
Received a call based on previous sales experience, then was invited to an interview in office. I felt confident that I could be a top sales performer in the interview. But the lady who interview me didn’t really give me any opportunity and completely wasted my time, making me feel like I got the job. Worst interview ever! This company doesn’t care about providing great customer service to clients but instead work hard to just get a sell. I feel like if you don’t build relationship with your client most likely they won’t even want your services. I mention how important relationship building was and was told that wasn’t good.
