I applied online and a few weeks later I received an email requesting a phone interview. The interviewer (Alison) was hands down the nicest and most inviting person I've ever interviewed with. She was very respectful of my time and actually asked questions related to my experiences and how those could benefit this role. There weren't any of the dreaded STAR or behavioral questions. It was more of a conversation between two professionals about the position, the company, and what I was looking for in my career. I did not receive an offer but I would definitely apply for other roles within this company in the future. Overall I felt like it was a positive experience.
