Question 1
Describe a time when you were working in a team and the members in the team weren't fully pulling their weight. What did you do?
Interview process was smooth and respectful. First round included chat with Talent Acq team who discussed role fit and then next round with senior technical team members who talked about how their team functions , what day to day will look like and askd about my experience and technical expertise. Final round included discussion with VP who focussed on communication skills, project and time management and few other competency.
