Unfortunately, I did not make it past the first round, which I thought went really well. There were two interviewers, both young women, and they asked a lot about past experience, and then how I would behave in certain situations. At the end they asked if I had any questions for them and I asked a couple normal questions. They responded positively to things I said but I did not make it through.

First call with HR After call with manager and team partner previously working in the same position.
HR : attidute, behavior and motivation
Manager : Most of the questions were about the advertising platform they are going to use.
Wasn't too bad. I was thrown a case question that caught me off guard, but know the company and their brands. I had 2 industry guys interview me online, but their camera didn't work so it was me facing a black screen. This was a pipeline role. Mostly behavioral with follow up questions.
