I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview was shorter than the 30 minutes scheduled time. Normally, recruiters explain the position again and give more details about the position that's not indicated in the job post but the recruiter that called seemed like she was in a hurry and only asked the questions she needed answers from. When I would ask questions, she kept telling me to check the job post. Normally, recruiters would know a lot about the positions, how the team is, even sometimes, the system the team uses. But this one didn't know anything at all. Her responses were "check the job post". The way the interview went just says a lot about the company. Quite unprofessional to be frank. I wouldn't even consider to go for another interview if invited.

Interview
The interview was friendly and direct. It was roughly 30 minutes. The direct manager and Supervisor interviewed me together. At the end they asked if I had questions and covered my expected salary.
