Describe an conflict in your team and how you solved it
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anika Therapeutics (Padua) in Sep 2015
Interview
Two phone interviews: one with a consultancy agency and one with the HR Manager of the plant.
Both were very friendly but with some difficulties in answering to my questions.
After 4 weeks they answered through the consultant they've decided to continue with closer candidates (the job was in a different region).
