Multiple in person meetings, but just with one person. At one point, he cancelled a follow up meeting 2 minutes before we were supposed to meet. Afterwards, for several weeks didn't respond to email or voice mails until I contacted his boss to ask for an explanation. Reacted badly when called out on his lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this firm.
