I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ankura (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2021
Interview
First, phone screening interview. Had to reschedule the following day of my original date due to some issues on their end. Phone screening went really well and I was super informed about the position and Ankura. The interview was 30 minutes long.
Next step was video interview with two of the people who I would reporting to directly. The interview was 2 hours long, but the overall interview was like having a conversation rather than being drilled with tons of questions. I was able to ask many questions. The directors were super friendly and professional. They really made excited to work with them.
The final step was a mock project that I had about a week to work on and turn in. I received the project on a Tuesday and turned in on Thursday after getting more information about the project and what they were looking for.
I received an offer after the following day after submitting my mock project. The overall process took about two weeks. It went pretty smooth and everyone that I talked to was super informative and open to answering any questions that I had during my interview and hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ankura (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Three 30 minute virtual interviews, team work ability, asking about data projects. No technical questions; interview questions seemed like they were formed by the interviewers just getting to know me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ankura (Washington, DC)
Interview
First I was screened by a phone recruiter for two potential teams. The team I ended up interviewing with had 2 rounds of interviews with different managers within a week of each other. I received an offer maybe a few days later.
Pretty straight forward process. 3 round and made it to the final round and they took me to NYC to visit the offices. Some case study interviews, some personality interviews.
