I met an employee at a career fair and had only one interview; I thought it went well, and the interviewer said they'd get back to me in less than a week, but I never heard anything after two weeks and multiple attempts to reach out and ask about the status of my application. Super disappointed, especially since both people I talked to raved about how good their hiring process is! I went from getting constant communication about my application to getting ghosted.
