I applied online. I interviewed at Ankura (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
One interview based on a case after the initial application followed by CV questions. There is a second coffee interview afterwards with more junior members of staff. Good balance and positive experience as they were all really friendly.
Basic motivational interview first, then a presentation, Q&A on the presentation and some final commercial questions. Then a timed 30 minute Excel assessment in a technical setting, with Q&A on the assessment. Then a technical interview on restructuring. Finally, a coffee chat with some of the team.
Online Teams interview with 2 directors/senior directors then if successful an in person case study/values interview with Managing Directors/Senior Managing Directors. Case study requires a presentation/report. Values interview is assessing your personality and fit for the team.
