Received a request to do a phone screen from a recruiter.
Completed it and was told that I would hear back after a couple of days.
After a week or so of not hearing back, I followed up and still didn't hear back.
A couple days later, I received an automated rejection email with no word from the recruiter.
Overall a very negative experience.
