Interview
Interview is three stages:
1) Fit prep. You'll be asked questions in the STARL format and it will cover how your work with teams, how you handle difficult situations, and your problem solving process.
2) Case interview. You'll be given a case with all exhibits ahead of time. Usually some problem you need to optimize or solve that they might have in the actual job. You are given everything ahead of time so it's not a interviewer led case. Then you have to do a presentation on your findings and they will ask you questions throughout.
3) Excel Test: You have to pass an excel test. Basically data crunching associated with how you find certain statistics, look for patterns, and how you sort data.

4 interviews that is more of getting-to-know you than technical questions. The first and second interviews are behavioral and conversational, the third one is technical (you should know the processes of data - search up "basic data analyst questions"), and the fourth one is with a senior consultant to talk about everyday responsibilities.

Explain what you did in your previous role. If you have 100,000 lines of code and there is a mistake somewhere how would you find it?
Started with on campus in person interviews with a team member. Followed by 2 rounds of online interviews, final round had 3 in one day with different senior leadership. Offer was received pretty quickly after final round. Interviews were generally not too technical for a finance based consulting role.
