Interview was very unprofessional, questions had nothing to do with job listing or my resume. The hiring manager had supposedly looked at my resume before hand but thought that I was interviewing for a completely different position. But instead of admitting his fault he just went through asking random questions that were not relevant to the job listing.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a couple engineers. It was a basic background interview discussing the kinds of technologies I had worked with in the past and the projects I was currently working on.
During the onsite interview I took a test in the morning. I went over the test with several engineers and the company's owner. I then met with several engineers in person.
