Anoka County, Minnesota AISC interview questions

Out of state interview candidates BEWARE. They had me fly in from out of state at my own expense to interview for a position someone else already had (literally, it was just changing from a temp position to a full time position). I understand the process and that a position must be interviewed for to make it look fair, but at least be considerate and don't invite 'filler interviewees' from out of state costing them hundreds of dollars for nothing.
