I applied in-person. I interviewed at Anonymous Content (Pensacola, FL) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process was simple and straightforward. I interviewed with the DON and ADON , which were both professional and friendly . They explained the supervisory position and I was highly impressed. The tour of the faculty was nice and everyone seemed happy. I’m anxious waiting for a call back with hopes of getting the job.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Anonymous Content (Memphis, TN) in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed for a LPN position and was told by the hiring manager to expect a phone call from the recruiter to nail down a start date. I took that as I should expect an offer letter. Instead I was blind sided with a rejection email. That is considered extremely unprofessional and unethical. If you don’t intend to offer a potential candidate the job do not tell the them to expect one thing and them get another.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Anonymous Content (Bunkie, LA) in Nov 2020

Nice laid back direct questions relating to all my yrs of experience.Introduced me to possible co-workers & some of the tenants.Showed me what a typical 12 hour shift employed there would be like.Went over computer system & how to clock in/out proper access to facility.
