There were three rounds of interviews. The first two were over the phone/zoom with HR and then the current assistant. The last interview was in person with the manager/producer. Questions were about previous experience and interests in the industry.

Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I was ghosted by the interviewer TWICE. After I submitted my application, she responded promptly and set up a call interview for the next day. She didn't call the next day and when I followed up 20 minutes after our set time, she read the email but didn't respond. I followed up with her again a few days later and she apologized for not calling or responding and promised to call the next day. She didn't call then either. Out of frustration, I called the office and spoke directly to her--hoping to catch her at a good time. She rushed me off the phone and then sent a long email about how they were pursing more "qualified candidates". I was overqualified for the position. What kind of company treats potential employees this way?
