Friendly and professional. The panel was open to allow me to answer the questions in detail without interrupting me or seeming impatient. The panel would nod as I went on which gave me confidence that I was at least on the right track. I was encouraged that an interview does not have to be antagonistic and like a witch hunting excercise.
