The interview process was fairly simple and easy. Interviewers were nice to speak with and were transparent about company's struggles and challenges. After the HR screening and Phone screen, I was invited for an onsite interview round. This was the last stage and they made the offer within next 3 business days.

The interview process is a bit excessive. You will be vetted by the HR representative first, then interviewed by the hiring manager. After you will go through 3 x 30min rounds with people who work with the job role and finally with the hiring managers manager.
