Interview
This company kept me in the interview process for over a month. I started by completing a 2-3 hour skills assessment with 4-5 assignments. Followed by a 45 min interview 2 weeks later. After that, my references had to send lengthy and thoughtful responses to Peachtree's email, taking time out of their schedules to do so. Finally, when I got to the final round interview with a senior talent acquisition specialist, she canceled our zoom 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE INTERVIEW (which had been scheduled for one week). She then emailed saying she was canceling the zoom and not moving forward with hiring due to a “full roster”. People arrange their day and work around interviews. It’s beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. If you knew your roster was getting full, why would you be considering a candidate in the first place? Over all extremely misleading, and if anything has only clarified why I’ll never used an agency for finding work again. A total waste of time and energy.
