I sent my CV, cover letter, and portfolio and have been invited for an on-site interview directly with the studio director. I have explained my portfolio especially my favorite project.
It was very laid back. A lot was learned at the interview and they were willing to show ypu the ins and outs before a decision was made about being the right fit.
