Good for me. The process before interview systematic. The offer is good too. I dont know what to say. Everything is good. The HR is nice. I have a family matter so i cannot send my resume and portfolio immediately and i inform him. He did understood and give me a time to settle down my family matters first. I appreciate that

I interviewed at Anonymous (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
I recently went through an extensive interview process that included multiple rounds (three interviews and a take-home task). I appreciated the opportunity to share ideas and solutions in depth and even visited the company to present and discuss my work further. However, after this investment, I was informed that I wouldn’t be moving forward.
While I understand that hiring decisions are complex, the feedback or reasoning provided was minimal, which made the process feel abrupt after such a level of engagement. I hope the company can improve its feedback practices for future candidates, especially for those who invest significant time and energy in their application.
