Ansira Executive interview questions

Never had this kind of terrible experience interviewing with this employer in my 35 years career. Recruiter reached out to me directly with a title, JD had a different title and finally the offer letter had a different role. Offer letter was created without even engaging what my expectations and refused to even schedule a chat before sending in the offer letter let alone after. Never a conversation of benefits, etc. this is what I call a by definition bait and switch strategy. Appalled at pre-interview engagement and can imagine a employee experience will be. Glad I did not move with this company.
