The interview process consisted of 1 coding assignment, 2 technical interviews, 1 Managerial cum technical round. The interview experience was good, but the worst part started after the interviews. I cleared all the rounds and kept following up with the HR but the HR didn't even care to reply back even once. I was keen on joining the company as work looked interesting and as the company is a spin off of CDK global which is a good company. I kept waiting until the last day before joining but absolutely no response. All I got to know from the consultancy is that the HR was waiting for some approvals. I don't understand what kind of company requires over a months time for getting approvals for hiring a senior software engineer position. I had to leave Pune and join a Mumbai based company because I counted on them and believed that the offer would come through,as it turns out I was wrong. I would suggest the HRs please verify if candidate's expectations suites companies budget at the start of the interview process as it would save both candidate's and interviewer's time. Also reach out to candidate to answer their questions instead of just sitting on the information and using consultancy to shield themselves.
