Anthem Director, Product Management interview questions

Interview process happened in 4 rounds. First I was approached by a consultant. Then the second round of interview was with one of the co-founders, Pavee Ramanisankar. This round of interview was mostly getting to know each other. Post this, I was presented with a case study and was given 48 hours to submit the solution. Once I submitted the case solution, I had a call with both the co-founders, Pavee and Shiv. This round of interview again went very well and the founders looked impressive with the case solution. They then took a week’s time and came back to me for one final round of interview to check the fit and had a few HR related questions. Post this, there was a background verification round and I was asked to share a few contacts from my previous companies. I did and got a feedback from my contacts that the BGV went well. However, post this, there has been absolute silence and no communication from the co founders. No one even bothered to send a “yes” or “No” also.
