My experience of the interviews, however, felt highly repetitive; the panels focused almost entirely on standard behavioral questions, like team collaboration and conflict resolution, rather than diving into specific fundraising strategies. While I built a strong, positive rapport with most of the interviewers, I noticed a distinct shift during the group round. Based on the negative demeanor and facial expressions of one specific staff member, it became clear she was not receptive to me, and the team's internal hiring alignment shifted before I could reach the final stage. I received a rejection email about a week later.
