The process from start (applying) to finish took a whole 5 months. One person who was *supposed* to interview me never did. He said he would set up a time to interview, then never did and didn't respond to my follow up. They were entirely unclear about the process, always took longer than they claimed they would, and I could never get in touch with anyone. They said I would hear back in about a week after the third interview, but it was actually a MONTH. I needed to make a decision about other offers, but no one would get back to me when I left a voicemail to see how the process was going. By the time they finally got back to me and everyone else who interviewed, they sent us an email from a 'no reply' account, so not from a real person. The worst recruiting experience I've ever had. I was excited about the thought of working here until the middle of the recruiting experience and I heard that other people have experienced similar disrespectful behavior.
