I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anti-Defamation League (Boca Raton, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
The first phase was a phone interview, took a month before they got back to me for the next phase. The second phase was an in-person interview with a panel, had to bring in a completed project they sent a week before and do a 10-minute presentation on one of their programs.
I made it to the top 3 but was not offered the position. I did professionally request feedback from my interview but still have not heard back from them.
