Hiring manager is the primary contact. HR involvement is overseeing process to ensure policy compliance. Interviewing is conducted by hiring manager with input from supervisor, colleagues, and sometimes volunteer leaders. There is typically at least three rounds of interviewing and at times a presentation or writing exercise.

The first phase was a phone interview, took a month before they got back to me for the next phase. The second phase was an in-person interview with a panel, had to bring in a completed project they sent a week before and do a 10-minute presentation on one of their programs. I made it to the top 3 but was not offered the position. I did professionally request feedback from my interview but still have not heard back from them.
