Anti-Defamation League interview questions

Screener interview, panel interview, then finally a project-based interview when you present in front of a panel and role-play. The people were friendly. The process was overly drawn-out. The projects assigned were time-intensive and no feedback was given. Waiting to hear back about each step of the process took anywhere from 1-2 weeks. After Spending weeks in the process, and dozens of hours on the presentations, it was disappointing to not get any feedback for why I didn't get the job. Heard from others that work culture is toxic and turnover is high.
