It was a group interview with about 8-9 other people all their for different trades and office workers. You take about a 60-90min tour of the whole facility which is kinda cool. They have a really refined operation for such a large company. Now the actual interview process was pretty awful. They had no idea the job I applied for, they don't pull up your resume and ask anything about you or your qualifications. It was sit down "what are you interviewing for?" "How much money do you want?" After that it was over for me cause it didn't really make any sense to do interviews in that manner. Never had an interview like it.
