Long story short: I spent 3 hours at their location, talked to 4 different people, and didn’t get a single interview. Long story long… they messaged me inviting me to come in for an interview the next morning. I agreed and when I showed up, it was a group interview! They then gave us an hour and a half tour of the facility and then asked us to wait for managers to come grab us for interviews. I was one of the first people they grabbed and when I sat down for the interview, the lady said she wasn’t in charge of hiring for marketing. She then sent me back where I was taken into an interview with another man. This man also said that I should talk to marketing instead. A third man entered the waiting area and I asked where to interview for marketing. He said with him and I followed him for an interview. We start to go over my resume and he asks me if I would like to interview with marketing. Of course I want to interview with marketing that’s why I’m there!! He then proceeds to go upstairs and try to set up an interview with marketing, he comes back down a few minutes later and says marketing is unavailable for an interview today. Why the heck was I there?! I felt disrespected as a person and for my time by not disclosing it was a group interview and that I would be there for 3 hours!!! They offered to set up an interview with the marketing department another day but I refuse to go back to such a careless and unprofessional company. I was there for an interview that they invited me to and then made me wait three hours just to tell me I wouldn’t be having an interview that day. Biggest waste of time in my entire life!
