Met me at a coffee shop and asked basic questions was told Id be contacted by the owner for second interview. 2 days later got a phone call being told I was hired and a would start in 2 weeks. I quit my other job and declined other job offers . then the day before starting new job the owner called me again and told me I didnt get the job he called the wrong person and basically told me it was my fault he messed up. No apologies No nothing. Very Unprofessional. I declined 3 other job offers and left my position in a very good company because of Chris's (location owner) and he couldnt even say sorry for the mix up.

Two rounds of interviews. 1) Brought into regional headquarters and interviewed with regional VP. 2) Interviewed with gym manager. There was also a phone screening. Interview was very conversational. Basic interview questions were asked with nothing alarming.
