The interview started off really well. I explained my background, and he explained the position. We both asked questions and then at the last second, it got weird. I was supposed to meet with a second person who he told me was no longer available. I automatically knew that I didn’t get the position. You don’t spring it on a candidate last second the other scheduled interviewer is suddenly busy. Also, the person I met with was new to the role so it was strange they would give a new person to the role such authority.
