The interview process was exceptional start to finish. I received an interview invite the day after I posted for the position online. My first interview with HR was a fantastic experience - exceeding my expectations (which are pretty high)! I truly believe a company should treat a candidate the way they expect their employees to treat their clients and fellow team members (especially in client consultation positions - like real estate). I felt recognized for my abilities during this very professional interview and left the call feeling inspired. An expectation was set and met scheduling the second interview with Marketing and Adminstration leaders, which was also amazing! Following this interview on the same day the next interview was scheduled. This was my third interview which was in-person. I was confident that one way or the other I would receive a response the same day, which I did. HR did an amazing job keeping everyone connected. A couple of hours after my last interview, I was made an offer. This was a ten day experience. I am two weeks into my position now, and onboarding has been great! This company sets the standards for excellence. I feel set up for success! Thank you!
