Interview
Two stages. Started with a phone interview which lasted 30 mins. The second stage was a face to face with the same people. They were very friendly and comfortable to speak with. I was quite disappointed that there was no offer because it seemed like a really nice place to work in.
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?

They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
