Straightforward, 3 interviews, all over phone - first was a video vetting process, second and third were with specific partners, transparent with expectations before each interview. Was able to obtain a lot of insight into diversity of roles through conversation - felt more like a learning experience than an interview.
i had two rounds of interviews. one with the hiring manager. second with the team members. the second one took over two hours. i did not get the job but they got back to me in two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
There were a lot of hoops to jumo through- an assessment, a HireVue one way interview, another assessment, a virtual interview, and another assessment. It took a little long, but the people I talked to all throughout the process were lovely. I left every interaction feeling better than I did at the start. I didn't end up getting the position I initially applied for, but they offered me an interview for a different department that I'll be in today

Question 1
The usual kind- tell me about yourself, your experience, what type of person you are, etc.
An enjoyable interview process despite it being extensive in nature (5 rounds). Had the opportunity to meet with a majority of the team and gained great insight on the culture. I was also able to gain a really good grasp on the work I would be doing.
