Interview
The interview had 3 major stages after a resume screening selection:
1. The first round was a recorded video interview on Modern Hire. There were 13 questions and some were text box answers. A lot of cyber security concepts were asked as well. But the best part about the process was there was no time limit for preparing. You can take as much time as you like, think and prepare your answers and you also have 3 tries as well.
2. I got through this round and was invited to a Webex 30min Video Interview with a cyber associate. It was a resume review session mostly and in the next 15mins I was asked a lot of cyber security questions like what is XSS, SQL injection, why cybersecurity, which port is http, etc.
3. I was finally invited for the superday which would go on for 5 hours. I had five rounds, first was behavioral, second was logical, third was situational, fourth was a technical challenge and the fifth was a group discussion round with the other candidates. It was overall an amazing experience and they made sure I felt comfortable and you didn't have to know it all and solve it all.
I think know your core concepts well and practice a little bit of basic ethical hacking. Understand why you want to work in Cybersecurity and why Aon. Also make sure to explain how your previous experiences in either ML, software or data science could be put to use in risk and cyber.

Question 1
One solid question was difference between tcp and udp. Rest of the conversation and question was arguable type of things. I could answer all of them but don't know what went wrong. Even though my background and resume was heavily based on cyber security.
