The interview process was limited to one principal that was not clear and tried to implement the competency-based methodology. the challenge is that he has done that without context and hence was very difficult to communicate and connect. expected that the interview would tackle account management, conceptual design, and vision including commercial targets. none of that happened.

HR, Manager and Apptitude before interview HR called you multiple times but after interview even if you are selected and you want to ask any questions to HR and try to call her or email her they don't reply. HR department have no professionalism

First was HR interview, and then team, hiring manager and managing director. There were four interviews in total. There was a case study involved, which was not too difficult but the process was really long and convoluted. People were nice though.
