I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Toronto, ON) in May 2021
Interview
It was a one way video interviews, all questions were fairly basic and simple behaviours questions. Overall it was one of the more relaxed/easy one way interview that I have done. You had plenty of time to prepare in between questions and they give you second change if mess up the first one.

Interview
Had a first-round hirevue then I was invited to a virtual Superday. I had two back-to-back 30 minute interviews with two interviewers, and I had to give a 10 minute presentation to a panel of two more employees. Very slow to give an offer, I accepted another one by the time I heard back from them.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What is one thing that you learned while you researched your presentation?
Pretty organized with 7 pre recorded questions took around 1 hour to finish them. They also give 2 attempts to record the answer which helped a lot. However, most questions were personal so all the research on Aon went to waste.

Question 1
story based questions like describe an event when you took an initiative
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon in Feb 2023
Interview
8-10 one way questions for a screen, pretty standard. I believe they contacted me a few (3ish) weeks later for a virtual two way interview. 2 back to back 30 min interviews with team leaders and then vps. It was a good experience, they were all super nice. The vps told me they were extremely impressed with my resume and answers. I was super excited. Over 3 weeks later I got a generic rejection email. Other than that, a good experience.

Question 1
Behavioural - what would you do if..., tell me about a time when... They asked me about my volunteer experience which was a bit different. Time for questions both at beginning and end of both interviews - HAVE A LOT!!
