Give an example of a time when you were responsible for ensuring work outputs met a certain standard. How did you monitor the work? What did you do if the standards were not met?
It began with an online personality test where you slid the scale according to what statement you agreed most with.
Then, it was a recorded interview where it was a mix of writing and video recording to answer questions.
Finally, I had a 45-minute interview with two people over a live video call. They requested I email 3-4 designs and create one design from a file they shared with information on it and share it a week before the interview. During the interview, they wanted to hear my design process for each design, and then they asked a few behavioral questions.
