Interview
I applied online for an internship at the end of October, and was contacted in early February and asked to come in for an interview. I met with eight people for approximately half an hour each, and everyone was very pleasant. The interview was less formal than others, more a conversational format that related to the job rather than an itemized list of questions they specifically wanted answers to, though there were a few of those as well. Overall a very calm interview that made me excited to work at Apache.

Question 1
How would you psonally handle an individual work environment with little structure, as opposed to being told step by step what your supervisor wanted to be done?
It was pretty ok, normal questions asked and answered. I would have expected more job related questions during the interview session though. They also asked about how much I knew about the industry overall

Interviewing was easy - they aren't trying to trick you with anything. Just there to get to know you and see if you're a fit. Very personable and energetic. Don't stress about it!
