If they like you then it's a pretty long interview process consisting of a phone interview, behavioral assessment, first interview, a simple math and reading test, and a second interview. The phone interview is really basic questions such as desired pay rate, have you ever been under a strict deadline, and describe yourself in three words. The 1st in person interview was pretty tough. Two supervisors interviewed me and just went through a list of questions and wrote down my answers. They asked some pretty hard questions that threw me off guard, but they were really friendly and made it feel a bit more casual. The 2nd interview was much more laid back. They asked some similar questions and asked more questions based on what you said. It felt more like they were just trying to get to know you and see if you would fit in the job role. I had no experience but emphasized how I love to learn and how I'm really responsible and diligent. Also, I applied on a job search website and since the position was titled as "office clerk" I thought it meant secretarial work. It's really more auditing and data entry stuff though. Be prepared for these three questions which completely threw me off guard:
1) Describe a time when you've taken a risk
2) Where do you see yourself in 5 years
3) Describe a time when you used your gut instinct
And it's okay if you haven't taken a risk because I didn't even have an answer for that. I was silent for a good 15 seconds and I said I haven't had the opportunity but I always consider my options. They were okay with that answer and didn't make a big deal out of it. They called me back two days after the interview, but they call back regardless of if you got the job or not
