Interview
It was a lengthy process (about 2 1/2 weeks). First you get a phone call with a few brief questions and then they send you an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, then they call you again to schedule an interview and send you an online application. You interview with 2 girls and they ask you questions from a pre-typed list and write down your answers. They then give you another assessment right there and, if you make it through all of that, they schedule a 2nd interview with someone from HR and the department supervisor. All in all, everyone was very nice and it really seemed like a nice place to work.

Interview
Applied online, received a callback and did a phone interview. Also, I was emailed the personality assessments and completed those online. The first face to face interview was with the department
supervisor in one of the conference rooms. After the interview questions I was given a skills assessment. I passed that and was scheduled for a second face to face interview for the next day with the dept. manager and another supervisor. Received a call from the HR representative the following week. Great people. Professional and friendly environment. Lengthy interview process but worth it.
