Phone interview and then asked to come in for a panel interview.
You are then given a timed assessment test, which consists of 50 questions (some problem solving math), and you are allowed 12 minutes.
Had a phone interview with a manager who was very nice. Went in for a panel interview with a total of 3 managers who were mad cool and down to earth. They all asked very basic interview questions about past job and strengths. After interview I had to take a 12 minute assessment consisting of 50 questions. I hope to be offers a position, i see potential for growth in the company.
