I was invited to interview for the role of ESG Product Specialist at Holtara.
My first interview was with the Product Director. He was warm and charming and informed me that I was being considered for two roles (Product Specialist and Product Researcher). He gave me the rundown on both positions and then informed me of the next steps should I move on to the next round.
I received the same generic interview invite email twice before this first interview. I had emailed about the second email to ensure I didn't need to reschedule. I received no response. A few days after the interview, I received that same email again to which I ignored. A day later, I received an email saying that it was my invitation to the second round. There was no way of knowing this as it included zero information about the second round. I selected a time for the interview and emailed HR asking for more info about the interview. I wanted to know for which role this interview was for and what format it would be, so I would know how to prep accordingly. I received no reply.
The interview went well, and I was told I would hear back in 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later, having received no news, I emailed asking for an update. That was a week ago, and I still haven't received a reply.
Shockingly terrible interview management and horrific communication from HR. The people I interviewed were with were lovely, but wow the management of this process needs a real facelift.
