3 rounds comprising of the HR, Hiring Manager and CEO interview- both on call and on site-first round was on the phone which started with hr interview and then there was an inteview with the hiring manager within a week. After that they invited me to their head office in Southfield, Michigan for an in-person interview.

Focus is manily on your attitude and how well suited are you for the role you've applied for. Previous relevant experience is also important but not the deciding factor. Then there's a round of interview with the VP based out of US who analyses your overall profile and suitability to the role
