I applied online. I interviewed at Apollo Behavior (Suwanee, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Went through a multi step interview process just to not be offered the job. First interview was on the phone, second interview was in person, third interview was another phone interview. Woman acted nice while interviewing me and then sent me a “we regret to inform you” email. Workers looked miserably anyways, and most were on there phones while “working” with the children. Good luck to this company../

I interviewed at Apollo Behavior (Kennesaw, GA) in Jan 2026
Interview
I interviewed three different times with this company, and it was a nightmare each time. The third time was a total accident because they forgot they scheduled me twice for an interview? The first interview went fine and I thought I aced it but they didn't pick me despite having prior experience, a university degree in human development and medical sociology, and a certification in disability studies along with my RBT certification. The second interview I had, the interviewer couldn't even be bothered to get the camera to work for Zoom. And then she scheduled me for another interview and then said it was a mistake. Highly unprofessional company in my opinion.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Apollo Behavior (Cumming, GA) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was easy. First, there was a zoom meeting that was about 15 minutes long. Then there was an in-person interview that asked situational questions. Lastly, you get to shadow an RBT to get a feel for the job.
