Interview
I applied for a job opening the same day they posted the position. I submitted my resume and I received an email from HR the next day to schedule an appointment for a phone interview, I replied back
immediately to schedule the phone interview for the following day. The day of the interview I waited for the call at the time we had agreed, I emailed HR Letting her know I was still waiting for her call 30min after the time we agreed on, her response was she would call me later that evening. I did not receive a call nor an email. I followed up via email the next day with Hr letting her know I was still interested in the position and that I would make myself available for a phone interview at a convenient time for her. I received no reply.
I decided to call her after the 3rd day of not hearing back from the company to ensure everything was ok and we were still going to move fwd with the phone interview, her response was, the position was filled. I never got the opportunity to interview and she didn’t even bother to acknowledge my emails or provide a follow up. I was a perfect candidate and I know i would’ve been great asset for apoyo financiero.

The interview process was fast and consistent. I was very satisfied how the HR team took care of me throughout process. I had three interviews. The first interview was at the work location with the branch manager and the last two at their corporate office with their HR Director and Regional Manager. Each of them asked me work related questions and situational questions.
