Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. The first round of our interview process is the programming test, which we send during the introduction call. The introduction call is not an interview. It is for candidates to ask questions about the company and the position, to make sure the position is a good fit for them and us before we start the hiring process. Then, The programming test is designed to be completed in a few hours. We ask that the test be returned within a week to give candidates enough time based on their schedules. If you achieve all the functions and the UI matches, you will definitely get an interview. The bugs were a main part of passing the programming test too. We also provide feedback about your performance on the programming test, when requested, due to the amount of candidates that apply to the position.
