I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AppDynamics (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied online, then I got email that they want to move forward with my application. I sent my availability after follow up with the in next week they said the positioned is filled. (Shocking ...) then they assigned me for an other position. They set the interview time. The interviewer barely could speak english and after giving me the question he started to do his own work and wasn't pay attention what I am asking and what I am doing. after 30 minutes he told me in a very impolite manner that I don't know any CS and Java. Even if I don't know anything it wasn't a way to tell me. It shows the company is not the place that people can grow. They just suppress people.
I send my feedback to my recruiter and she assigned an other date for me. The second time 2 hour before the interview she told me my interviewer went to the hospital and my interview is cancelled. (In this big company there is just one person can interview ??) Then they interview me. I solve the first question and second question. (he didn't ask for the code for the second question).
they give me rejection because I my interviewer gave the small hint to me to do my D & C solution.
I am not sad even if it was good I would never work in that company with this culture. giving the hint is the part of interview, it is important that you get the hint. he gave me the small hint not the solution.
